How we got here, what we care about, and where we're headed.

Founded in 2005

North Fork Grinding & Machining Inc. was established 2005 by Richard Jacobs who has been working in the machining and grinding industry since 1983. In 2012, we obtained ISO 9001 certification. Since then, we have expanded our services further supporting the defense, commercial, and recycling industries. In 2016, Kara McRae, daughter of Richard Jacobs became CEO. In 2023 we have expanded into additional 10,000 square foot building.
